The greeting cards and envelopes are 80# Cougar Opague acid-free stock and enclosed in crystalene sleeves.

Substitutions: Due to the unique nature of our designs, we reserve the right to substitute papers and patterns if they become unavailable. Substitution would be equal to or greater quality. A receipt and confirmation will be emailed to you after your purchase is processed.

All Holloway Martin products are hand-made-- no two pieces are exactly alike. Customers should expect slight variations from piece to piece. As with any original artwork, these variations enhance the product and give them a highly prized, unique quality. If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges and special fees, within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Returns
Customers must report merchandise damage or returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. All claims must be reported to HMCS within that time frame via email or postmark. All returned items must be unused and in saleable condition unless a damage report is sent via email.
